Born in Norfolk, my holistic journey began in 1994 when I studied Therapeutic Massage.

In 1995 I studied Aromatherapy to use the healing properties of the essential oils, with my massage techniques. I no longer offer massage as a therapy although the essential oils remain part of my work. 
 
In 1996 I studied Reflexology and was amazed that how bodies really are mapped out on the feet.  This is still a very popular therapy, bringing balance to the whole being.

In 2000 saw the start of a two-year study course of Crystal Healing. This therapy and its background brought about many life changes for me - a real journey of self-discovery.

2013 - Reiki is a wonderful Universal energy that I am honoured to have connected with.  It is such a valuable skill to deepen and mature my healing ability. I was keen to progress to Master level so I could share Reiki with others. It allowed me to recognise my own failings and to continue to practice acknowledging the great continual challenge as a human BEing.  Learning to BE and accept.  Now offering attunements for all levels of Reiki.

2018 - Teaching Crystal Healing to practitioner level. Holding Spirit & Destiny evenings with larger groups with my co-host Jackie Hewitt.  Crystals are my great passion and I am so thrilled to share this great healing therapy.

2020 saw many changes not only in the way I was able to deliver my therapies.  Becoming familiar with Zoom and Video Calls to continue to offer Tarot Courses and readings. I also discovered treatments worked very well etherically - by visualisation.  By recording the sessions and being completely at the mercy of faith of my intuition, I have had some amazing results and positive feedback.  This totally pushed so many boundaries on the way healings can be carried out.  Knowing that time and space really are movable.  Opening new opportunties to offer healings realising that there is no need to travel other than in your mind.  A great leap of faith.

Last January I qualified as a 'Sound Healing & Therapy Practitioner' and have added this to the treatments I offer.  Exploring sound has been something I begun many years ago playing the piano, guitar, clarinet and saxaphone.  The opportunity came to use sound in a different way within my healing sessions and was very well received with my clients.  I have integrated sound within my therapies offering bespoke treatments. 

Auricfield Tuning has been a breakthrough to move people from their past patterns.  Giving them the freedom to step into their future  

Jackie Hewitt and I began our Gong Baths early in 2019 and these have grown in popularity.  We have 6 gongs that resonate beautifully to bring a healing vibration to your body and mind.  Sound had a special way of bringing healing to people.  Adults are made of up around 80% water which responds to vibrations aiding healing on a very deep level.  BUT also amazing to maintain good health.  We are visiting different villages every month with a sound bath.  Booking early is required to secure your place.

I continue to offer with one to one treatments for readings, healings, Reflexology, Auric-field Tuning, Gua Sha Facials.  Group Healing and Meditation evenings, Group work, teaching Reiki, Crystal Healing and holding the Sound and Gong Baths. Based from my practice in North Walsham.

I believe that we all have the knowledge to heal ourselves - we just seem to have forgotten, but by re-awakening this ability, we can, once more, take control of our own destinies.
